Shipping Policy

Unless specifically noted all orders will ship between 5-7 business days via USPS (Standard Shipping) first class mail or UPS Ground. 

Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

• WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXPEDITED METHODS OF SHIPPING

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information to prevent shipping delays or loss.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in shipping/delivery times. Possible shipping delays may also occur during the holiday season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our shipping carriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

“Sorority Hills” is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. There will be no modifications to sizing or shipping address that can be made after orders are submitted.

Once your order has been place you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You will then receive a tracking number(s) to your email address, confirming that your order has been shipped.

Sorority Hills cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS systems.

Additionally, “Sorority Hills” is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.
