WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail.

All items will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the receipt of payment verification. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, holiday season, or anything out of our control, the delivery process may take longer. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in shipping/delivery times.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account, you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry -- your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?

Please enter your email address in the "Notify Me When This Product is Available” section that is located on the products page. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, please check your shipping confirmation email and tracking number to confirm the delivery time frame. If indeed the delivery time frame has passed and you still haven’t received your shipment, please contact us with your order number at info@sororityhills.com
