Returns & Exchanges

Sorority Hills is dedicated to providing our customers with an amazing shopping experience. Currently all sales are final, no returns/no exchanges. 

Please review sizing chart before submitting your order.

Sorority Hills will only accept exchanges for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item(s) was shipped to the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at info@SororityHills.com within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to confirm your exchange request is processed. 

You will be required to ship back the damaged/incorrect item to our facility. Once the returned item can be tracked in transit, we will proceed with the exchange shipment of the correct item. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.
